Escape Running Head Eyes (Ryxku / Dimension Neverland, launched 22 Mar 2022, place 9169654849) is a 15-player horror-parody obby. You are not building a party of heroes. This is not manato48’s Escape Running Head. That game chases you with Felipe heads. This game chases you with eyes, then tells you Felipeye is why they hate you.
Felipeye — main antagonist
Felipeye is the Level 10 boss in Final Battle. The badge (0.6%) is awarded for defeating the main antagonist. The name is a parody of Felipe from the original Running Head / Flamingo meme. Plot-wise he controls the eyes. Gameplay-wise he is the reason a 30-minute main clear still has a sub-1% finale. Read the full page before you treat Level 10 like another corridor. Tactics overlap the boss-fights guide. After he falls, the sequel asks who the new ruler is.
Running eyes — the everyday roster
Most of a session is not a named boss. It is patrols and aggro in hallways. Community playthroughs nickname bodies so clips make sense: Mouth Eye, Wooden Eye, Cartoon Eye, Guardian Eye, Wooden XL-Eye, Elder Guardian Eye, Cow Eye, Angry Eye, Ruby Eye, Golden Eye, Blue Eye (Level 9). Gammaye is official (Level 5 badge: you survived against Gammaye). Treat community names as nicknames on every page of this wiki.
AI feel splits into patrol (loop, punish if you cut the path) versus aggression (leash, chase, camera panic). The Running Eyes page is the field guide. Use it with Controls so you stop dying to C-tier models on a B-tier stage.
Bosses — sky, Blue Eye, finales, events
Named fights, in the order most players meet them:
- Sky boss — Level 4 gate. The Level 4 badge is awarded when you reach the boss teleporter and safe checkpoint.
- Gammaye — Level 5 survival clear (19%).
- Blue Eye — community nickname for the Level 9 racer (1.8% stage).
- Felipeye — Level 10, 0.6%.
- Skullaye — Halloween boss after Level II, 0.1%.
- Death Sun — Vapor World boss, 0.1%, with Boomburst escort rules.
- Boomburst — ally NPC in Vapor, not a boss you grind for a kill screen.

Boomburst — the ally slot
Vapor World is the only place this wiki treats an eye-adjacent NPC as a partner. Death Sun’s badge says to reach the castle with Boomburst first and to have cleared at least main Level 6. The cast does not rotate like a gacha. A Wooden Eye in 2026 is still a Wooden Eye. What changed is how many worlds they occupy: Halloween 2022, Vapor 2023, Challenge expansions through 2024, Secret 3 and Vapor 2 badges in April 2026, last listed original-game update 28 Aug 2026.
