Eye Tier List

This list ranks how dangerous an eye is to a player who wants the badge, not how cute the model looks in a thumbnail. Escape Running Head Eyes (Ryxku / Dimension Neverland, place 9169654849) fills corridors with running eyeballs. Playthroughs give many of them nicknames. Those names are community labels, not a complete official roster. Badge text is the exception: Gammaye, Felipeye, Death Sun, Skullaye, and Boomburst appear in official badge or place names.

Read this beside the main level ranks and the Running Eyes roster. Boss tactics live on Boss Roster and the boss-fights guide.

How the tiers work

  • S: can end a 30-minute run by themselves.
  • A: laser, guardian, or named mid-game pressure that trains you for later bosses.
  • B: large or angry chase bodies that punish bad pathing.
  • C: early patrols you should learn, then ignore.
  • D: joke or cosmetic bodies that scare once and then become furniture.
  • Ally slot: Boomburst is not a threat rank. The NPC helps you in Vapor World.

S tier — Felipeye, Death Sun, Blue Eye

Felipeye is the main antagonist. Level 10’s badge (0.6%) is awarded for defeating him in Final Battle. He is a parody of Felipe from the original Running Head / Flamingo meme, and the plot frame is that he is why so many big eyes hate you. Full profile: Felipeye.

Death Sun is the Vapor World boss. Badge win rate 0.1%. Official badge copy: reach the castle with Boomburst first, and clear at least Level 6 so you can help Boomburst.

Blue Eye (community nickname for the Level 9 racer) sits on a 1.8% stage. The fight is a timed race, not a hallway bump. Players who treated every prior eye as a walking hitbox fail here. That is why Blue Eye shares S with the two named finale bosses even though the Level 9 badge is easier than Level 10.

A tier — guardians, lasers, Gammaye

Community playthroughs call several mid-game models Guardian Eye and Elder Guardian Eye. They hold space instead of only chasing. Laser-style eyes force you to wait or juke a beam instead of sprinting the shortest line. Gammaye is official: Level 5’s badge says you survived against Gammaye (19% win). A-tier eyes teach the habits S-tier bosses expect: do not tunnel on the exit, watch vertical space, and accept that some eyes are area denial, not runners.

If a guardian body is camping a puzzle button, treat it as A even if the room is still a B-tier level on the main list.

B tier — Wooden XL-Eye, Angry Eye, Ruby Eye

Wooden XL-Eye (community nickname) is the jumbo wood-textured chaser. Hitbox and camera panic do more work than speed. Angry Eye (community nickname) sells aggression: shorter leash, less idle, more “it saw me.” Ruby Eye (community nickname) reads as a late-palette hunter in pubs. B-tier is where 15-player servers become the real difficulty: someone else aggroes the XL body and drags it across your parkour.

These are still chase AI, not bosses. You outplay them with the same controls you used on Level 2, just with less room to recover.

C tier — Mouth Eye, Wooden Eye, Cow Eye, Golden Eye

Mouth Eye, Wooden Eye, Cow Eye, and Golden Eye are community nicknames for early and mid patrols. Mouth Eye is the “that is a mouth, not an eye” joke from Level 2 clips. Wooden Eye is the default wood-textured runner. Cow Eye is a spotted gag that still tags you. Golden Eye looks important and usually is not. Learn their patrol loops, then stop giving them highlight-reel respect. They belong on C because dying to them after Level 4 is a you problem, not a roster problem.

D tier — Cartoon Eye and other joke cosmetics

Cartoon Eye (community nickname) is the rubber-hose / sticker look. It still collides. It does not deserve a panic dash into a pit. Other gag bodies that exist to sell the parody — not to gate a 0.6% badge — sit here. If an eye never appears in a boss place and never gets a badge line, default it to D until a patch proves otherwise. Check Updates if a cosmetic suddenly starts shooting.

Ally — Boomburst

Boomburst is an ally NPC in Vapor World, not a chase rank. Death Sun’s badge tells you to reach the castle with Boomburst. Retry places even include “Retry for Boomburst?” Do not sword the NPC. Escort, then fight the sun. Details: Boss Roster and Vapor World.

How to use the list in a run

  1. In the hub, pick the mode first. Halloween’s Skullaye is an S-tier event boss even though Halloween as a mode is not S.
  2. On main Levels 1–3, drill C-tier patrols until you stop dying to Mouth Eye.
  3. From Level 4, assume A-tier guardians and Gammaye. From Level 9, assume S.
  4. Track badges on the badge checklist. A D-tier model will never be why you lack Level 10.

Felipeye still controls the hate. If an eye feels unfair, the story answer is the antagonist page; the gameplay answer is this tier list plus the walkthrough. Rank the stage on the hub, rank the body here, and do not confuse community nicknames with official names on your Roblox inventory.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for new and returning players.

Are Mouth Eye and Wooden Eye official names?

No. They are community nicknames from playthroughs. Official names on this wiki are the ones on badges or places: Gammaye, Felipeye, Death Sun, Skullaye, and Boomburst.

Why is Blue Eye S-tier if Level 9 is 1.8%?

The stage is still an S-tier main level, and Blue Eye is the reason. The race ends runs that treated every prior eye as a walking hitbox. Threat rank follows the mechanic, not only the badge percentage.

Where does Skullaye sit?

Skullaye is the Halloween boss (0.1% badge) after Level II. As a body it plays with the S bosses. Halloween as a mode is ranked on the Modes Tier List.

Is Boomburst a boss?

No. Boomburst is an ally NPC used to reach Death Sun. Rank Boomburst as support, not as a chase eye.

Do joke eyes ever matter for badges?

Only if they tag you off a platform. No joke cosmetic has its own win-rate badge. Badge value sits on stages, Felipeye, Death Sun, and Skullaye.

Should I learn every community nickname?

Learn the S and A names, plus Gammaye. C and D nicknames help when watching a video; they do not change the walkthrough route.
