Sky boss, Blue Eye, Felipeye, Death Sun, Skullaye, and the Vapor ally you escort to the sun.

Boss Roster

Escape Running Head Eyes mixes corridor chases with named fights. This roster is the one-sheet for those fights, plus the one ally who belongs in the same conversation. Mechanical step-by-steps live in the boss-fights guide. Character lore for the finale lives on Felipeye. Everyday chase AI lives on Running Eyes. Ranks: Eye Tier List for bodies, Modes Tier List for worlds, main levels for Stages 1–10.

Badge win rates below are the snapshot used across this wiki. Places are Ryxku / Dimension Neverland (9169654849), not manato48’s Escape Running Head.

Sky boss — Level 4 gate

Level 4 is the first boss-shaped lock. The badge (27%) is awarded when you reach the boss teleporter and safe checkpoint. That wording matters: the clear is the gate, not a separate named kill-screen badge. Community talk calls the encounter the sky boss because the fight leaves the hallway language of Levels 1–3. If you are still dying to Mouth Eye patrols (community nickname), you are not ready for this teleporter. Prep: Getting Started and Controls.

Level 4 and Level 9 are the campaign locks that expect the previous clear. Treat the sky boss as the tutorial for “this is no longer only an obby.”

Gammaye — Level 5 named survival

Not always billed as a finale, but the badge is personal: You survived against Gammaye! at 19%. Gammaye is official. Rank A on the eye list. If you skip from Level 4’s teleporter into Level 6 without respecting this name, the 10% Level 6 wall will feel random. It is not random. The game already told you a named eye can be the whole stage.

Blue Eye — Level 9 racer

Blue Eye is a community nickname, not a badge title. The badge is Level 9 cleared (1.8%). Playthroughs describe a race you should not start until the racer is present, often in water or a linear track that punishes leaving the route. This is the last main-game filter before Felipeye. S-tier threat, S-tier stage. Guide routing: walkthrough.

Felipeye — Level 10 main antagonist

Final Battle. Badge 0.6%: defeat the main antagonist. Felipeye controls the eyes; the parody name points at Felipe from the Running Head meme. Full sheet: Felipeye. This roster only needs the practical line: if you have not beaten him, you have not beaten the story, and you also have not used the “defeat Felipeye” key for Challenge access.

Death Sun — Vapor World boss

Badge Death Sun Defeated! at 0.1%. Official text: defeat Death Sun, the boss of Vapor World; reach the castle with Boomburst first; clear at least Level 6 to access the place where Boomburst needs help. The fight has its own Sun Battle place and a retry place. This is not a Halloween reskin. It is the second story pillar the sequel names next to Felipeye.

Vapor 1 is 0.6%, Vapor 2 is 0.3% (Vapor 2’s badge arrived April 2026). Death Sun is the reason Vapor is A-tier as a mode. Guide: Vapor World.

Skullaye — Halloween boss

Badge Skullaye defeated! at 0.1%. Official text: clear Level II first, then defeat the boss in their battleground. Halloween I is 1%, II is 0.3%, III is 0.2% (Level III arrived October 2023 after the boss). Skullaye is the event S-tier body. The mode around it is only C on the modes list because the chain is short. Do not confuse those two sentences. Guide: Challenge and Halloween.

Boomburst — ally, not a kill target

Boomburst is an ally NPC in Vapor World. Death Sun’s badge and a retry place named for Boomburst make that official. You escort, you reach the castle, you fight the sun. Ranking Boomburst as a chase eye is a category error. If the NPC is down, you failed the escort, not a DPS check. Keep Boomburst on this roster so badge hunters do not skip the ally page looking for a boss they are supposed to help.

Challenge bosses and hardcore places

Challenge Mod does not get a cute extra name on this list without a badge title. Challenge 1–2 is 0.1% and gated by group join or Felipeye. Later badges (3–4, 5, 6–7 in August 2024) stay in that extreme band. Treat Challenge as a ruleset on modes, then come back here for the named cast you already know. Hardcore places exist; they are still the same eyes with less room.

Suggested fight order

  1. Sky boss (Level 4) — learn arenas.
  2. Gammaye (Level 5) — learn a named eye as the stage.
  3. Blue Eye (Level 9) — learn races.
  4. Felipeye (Level 10) — story.
  5. Skullaye — event, after Halloween II.
  6. Boomburst escort, then Death Sun — after Level 6, preferably after Felipeye.

Secret levels can interrupt that order if you find a teleporter early. Secrets are finder content, not extra names on this roster. Track everything on the badge checklist and sort a night with the route planner.

When a friend says “I beat the boss,” ask which one. Sky boss is a 27% gate. Felipeye is 0.6%. Death Sun and Skullaye are 0.1%. Those are not the same sentence. Use this roster to make the name explicit, then open boss fights for the arena. The eyes will still hate you. At least you will know who signed the work order.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for new and returning players.

Is the sky boss a separate badge?

No. Level 4's badge is awarded for reaching the boss teleporter and safe checkpoint. This wiki uses sky boss as the community name for that gate.

Is Blue Eye official?

It is a community nickname for the Level 9 racer. The badge title is Level 9 cleared. Felipeye, Death Sun, Skullaye, Gammaye, and Boomburst are the official names.

Why is Boomburst on a boss page?

Death Sun's badge requires reaching the castle with Boomburst. The NPC is part of the boss route. It is an ally, not a target.

Which boss should I fight first after the main story?

Skullaye if you want a short event chain. Death Sun if you have Level 6 and time for Vapor. Challenge is a mode, not a single named boss.

Do I need Felipeye before Death Sun?

Death Sun requires Level 6 and the Boomburst path, not a Level 10 clear. Story order still puts Felipeye first; the sequel names both as already beaten.

Where are the actual fight steps?

In the boss-fights guide. This page is the roster, badge rates, and unlock lines so the guide can stay mechanical.
