Escape Running Head Eyes Mode Difficulty Tiers
Main, Secrets, Vapor, Halloween, and Challenge ranked by time, pain, and how rare the badges are.
Escape Running Head Eyes is not one obby. Ryxku’s lobby (place 9169654849, 15 players) opens Main (10 levels, about 30 minutes), three secret levels, Vapor World (four levels), Halloween Mod (three levels plus Skullaye), and Challenge Mod (expanded from a short hardcore path into badges through 6–7). This page ranks those modes by time, difficulty, and badge value. Individual main stages still use the main level list. Named threats use the Eye Tier List. This is Ryxku’s parody, not manato48’s Escape Running Head.
S tier — Challenge Mod
Badge win rates sit at 0.1% for Challenge 1–2 (and the later Challenge badges stay in that extreme band). Official copy on Challenge 1–2: join the Roblox community or defeat Felipeye to get access. That gate alone makes Challenge a collector mode. Places are labeled Hardcore / Challenge. Time is not a clean 30-minute story; it is retries, empty servers, and a route you should plan on the route planner.
Challenge 3–4, Challenge 5, and Challenge 6–7 (added August 2024) keep the same idea: badge value over fun. If you only have time for one flex, this is the flex. Walkthrough notes: Challenge and Halloween. Group context: group rewards.
A tier — Vapor World
Vapor is a four-level side campaign with a vaporwave look. Vapor 1 badge 0.6%, Vapor 2 badge 0.3% (the Vapor 2 badge itself arrived April 2026 even though the place is older), Death Sun 0.1%. Death Sun’s badge is explicit: defeat the Vapor boss, reach the castle with Boomburst first, and clear at least main Level 6 so Boomburst can ask for help.
Time cost is a full extra campaign plus an escort. The sun fight is a real boss, not a reskin hallway. Beating Felipeye and Death Sun is the sequel premise. Guide: Vapor World. Roster: Boss Roster.
B tier — Secret levels
Three hidden stages, reached by teleporters inside main levels. Win rates 2% / 0.9% / 0.1%. Secret 1 is uncommon but not mythical. Secret 2 is a hunt. Secret 3 (April 2026, built from an unreleased purple event layout) is Challenge-adjacent rarity. Time cost is “how long you wander” more than “how long the parkour is.” Difficulty is inconsistent: a secret can be easier than Level 8 and still be B-tier because finding it is the tax.
Badge value is excellent for the hours spent if you already know the teleporters. If you do not, start with the secret levels guide instead of guessing in a 15-player pub. Track finds on the badge checklist.
C tier — Halloween Mod
Halloween I 1%, Halloween II 0.3%, Skullaye 0.1%, Halloween III 0.2%. October 2022 shipped I, II, and the Skullaye battleground (badge: clear Level II first, then defeat the boss). October 2023 added Level III after that boss. Time is a short event chain, not a second campaign. Difficulty spikes on Skullaye, then III is a post-boss extra rather than a new skill floor.
Badge value is real — Skullaye is as rare as Death Sun — but the mode is seasonal flavor. Play it when you want a themed night, not when you are optimizing a first walkthrough. Guide: Challenge and Halloween.
D tier — Main campaign
Ten levels, about 30 minutes advertised, badges from 100% down to 0.6%. As a mode package Main is D because it is the onboarding path: everyone should run it, early badges are freebies, and the lobby is built around it. That does not mean Level 8–10 are easy. Those stages are S on the level hub. Mode rank answers “what should I queue?” Level rank answers “which stage will ruin me?”
Main is also the only mode required to understand the plot: the eyes are aggressive because Felipeye controls them. Finish Main before you brag about Vapor. Controls and first-hour advice: Getting Started.
Time versus badge value
| Mode | Typical time | Badge floor | Why the tier |
|---|---|---|---|
| Challenge | Long retries | 0.1% | Gate plus hardcore places |
| Vapor | Extra campaign | 0.1% Death Sun | Escort plus sun boss |
| Secrets | Hunt + run | 0.1% Secret 3 | Finder tax |
| Halloween | Short chain | 0.1% Skullaye | Event boss, less campaign |
| Main | ~30 min | 0.6% Felipeye | Required path, mixed rates |
Escape Running Head Eyes 2 (place 16786814154, 11 levels, ~35 minutes) is a different inventory. Do not mix those badges into this table.
Pick S-tier Challenge only after Felipeye or a group join. Pick A-tier Vapor when Level 6 is done and you can escort Boomburst. Pick B-tier Secrets when you want rare badges without Hardcore rules. Pick C-tier Halloween for Skullaye. Play D-tier Main tonight. Then update the changelog dates in your head: last original-game patch on this wiki is 28 Aug 2026, with Secret 3 and Vapor 2 badges in April 2026.
Mode rank is a queueing tool. If a friend says “Vapor is easy,” they mean the aesthetic, not Death Sun. If they say “Main is hard,” they mean Level 8–10, which this wiki already put in S on the other list. Use both lists, and keep community eye nicknames on the eye page so this table stays about worlds, not models.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for new and returning players.
Why is Main D-tier if Level 10 is 0.6%?
Mode rank scores the package: everyone plays Main, early badges are freebies, and it is the 30-minute story path. Levels 8–10 are still S-tier stages on the main level list.
How do I unlock Challenge 1–2?
Join the Roblox community or defeat Felipeye. The Challenge 1–2 badge description states that gate. Details sit on Challenge and Halloween and Group Rewards.
Is Vapor four levels or three plus a boss?
The live game description lists Vapor World as four levels. Death Sun is the Vapor boss (Sun Battle). Vapor 1 and Vapor 2 have their own finished badges.
Which mode has the rarest badge?
Challenge 1–2, Skullaye, Death Sun, and Secret 3 all sit at about 0.1% in the snapshot this wiki uses. Challenge is still S because of the access gate plus hardcore length.
Should I play Halloween before Secrets?
Halloween is a shorter themed chain (C-tier). Secrets are a finder hunt (B-tier). If you already finished Level 3, Halloween is the faster night; Secrets pay better if you have the teleporter route.
