Escape Running Head Eyes Secret Levels
Three hidden stages, official badge text as the only pixel-safe hints.
Escape Running Head Eyes hides three secret stages behind teleporters in the normal campaign. They are not extra numbered doors in the hub. Approximate badge rates: Secret 1 ~2%, Secret 2 ~0.9%, Secret 3 ~0.1% (added April 2026). This page tells you how to search and repeats the official badge descriptions. It does not drop a coordinate for every stud. If you want that spoiled, a random comment will do it; the badges were written so you can still find them yourself.
Clear Levels 1–3 first so you can survive a detour. Movement is the same controls as the main game: wait patrols, do not panic sprint, look for puzzle buttons. Secret stages still kill you with aggressive eyes.
How to search without a pixel map
Ryxku’s official hints are on the badges themselves. Read them in-game, then search slowly on a quiet server (or when your 15-player instance is not screaming).
Search loop for any secret:
- Pick one normal level you can already clear. Secrets teleport “from a normal level,” not from Challenge or Vapor.
- After you know the intended route, walk it again at walk speed. Look off the obvious lane: side alcoves, floor gaps, props that do not match the rest of the set.
- If a volume looks enterable (dark mouth, thin doorway, hole, house wall), test it once. If nothing teleports, leave. Do not farm the same bush for ten minutes.
- Die on purpose near a suspect spot only if you need to reset a patrol. Retry rooms exist for bosses; secrets usually dump you back into the search level.
- When you teleport, play the secret like a short main stage. The badge pops on clear, not on entry.
Track finds on the badge checklist. If you are routing a 90-minute completion, the route planner should park secrets after Level 3 and before you are tilted from Level 8.
Secret 1 — small entryway (~2%)
Official text: “This level can be found in a small entryway from a normal level.”
Search language: small, entryway, from a normal level. That means a doorway or alcove that is easy to run past because it does not look like the main exit. Think mailbox-sized or closet-sized, not a second portal with a number. Community runs mention a cardboard-style eye and flowers that kill if you step on them once you are inside — treat decorative floor as hazardous until proven otherwise.
If you are blasting through a stage you already have the badge for, you will miss this. Walk. Camera into every tight mouth in the wall. Secret 1 is the common hidden badge because the hint is honest and the entry is on a route many people replay.
Secret 2 — fall in a hole (~0.9%)
Official text: “This secret level can be found by falling in a specific hole from a normal level.”
Search language: fall, specific hole. You are looking for a pit, gap, or missing floor tile that looks like a death void. Most holes in this game are death. The secret one is the hole you would never jump into on a serious run. After you can clear the host level, spend one life testing suspicious drops — the ones slightly off the sprint line, not the obvious lava.
Do not confuse this with mobile misjumps. If you fell because an eye bumped you, that was not the hole. Walk to the lip, look down, then drop on purpose. Secret 2 is rarer than Secret 1 because “fall” feels like failure, and most players reset instead of committing.
Secret 3 — next to a small house (~0.1%, April 2026)
Official text: “Look for a secret entrance next to a small house from a normal level to get teleported.”
Search language: small house, next to, entrance, teleport. This is the newest secret (April 2026) and the rarest of the three. Community notes say the layout is based on an unreleased purple event stage. You want a house-scale prop on a normal level, then an entrance beside it, not necessarily the front door everyone already uses.
Because the win rate sits near 0.1%, expect to finish the whole main campaign before you casually trip over it. Bring patience, not a script. If you cannot find a house, you are on the wrong normal level — keep playing the numbered map until architecture actually looks residential.
What secrets are not
- Not the orange Halloween portal (that is a hub unlock after Level 3). See Challenge and Halloween.
- Not a numbered boss fight. If you loaded a retry arena, you left the secret search.
- Not Vapor World (Level 6 gate). See Vapor World.
- Not Challenge Mod doors.
- Not the Christmas leftover some players still mention; treat current secrets as the three badges above.
Eyes inside secrets still belong on the eyes roster. Difficulty compared with numbered stages lives on the modes tier list. If a stranger offers a teleport script to the entry, that is not a search — that is an account risk on script safety.
Play the three official sentences, then play the three stages. The point of a 0.1% house is that you looked, not that a wiki painted a ring on the floor.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for new and returning players.
Do I need all ten main levels before secrets?
No. You need to be inside a normal level and able to survive a detour. Most hunters start after Level 3. See the walkthrough for when each world opens.
What is the official hint for Secret 1?
“This level can be found in a small entryway from a normal level.” Walk off-path doorways. Pair with controls so you are not sprinting past them.
What is the official hint for Secret 2?
“Falling in a specific hole from a normal level.” Test off-route pits on purpose. Track the badge on the checklist.
When was Secret 3 added?
April 2026. Hint: entrance next to a small house. It is the rarest of the three (~0.1%). Patch context is on the changelog.
Is Halloween a secret level?
No. Halloween is a hub portal after Level 3. Secrets are hidden teleporters in normal stages. Halloween routing is on Challenge and Halloween.
